儿科实习护生岗位胜任力现况调查

目的：探讨儿科实习护生岗位胜任力现状及影响因素。方法采用非结构式访谈法、自编问卷及文献回顾，对64名儿科实习护生进行访谈和调查。结果通过分析得出实习护生在专科知识与技能、观察力和判断力、人际沟通与合作能力、同理心和责任心、角色意识和转换、自我行为与认知、科研与创新能力等七方面的胜任力表现。结论儿科实习护生岗位胜任力需从多方面进行培养，找出其影响因素及解决措施，以便在今后工作中更好地适应儿科工作和护理专科发展。

Present situation investigation on position competency of pediatric internship nursing students

Objective To explore the status of pediatric position competency and influence factors to promote the development of pediatric care team .Methods It was a cross-sectional investigation ,with the use of literature review method ,questionnaire and non -constructured interview to investigate and interview 64 pediatric internship nursing students to establish the position competency model . Results The results were obtained by statistically analyzing according to its important degree and the related influence factors .This competency model including specialized knowledge and skills ,observation and judgment ,interpersonal communication and cooperation ability,empathy and responsibility ,the consciousness of the role and conversion ,self behavior and cognition and scientific research and innovation ability and so on .Conclusion It would be feasible to culture the internship nursing students pediatric position competency from many aspects and look for the influence factors and measures ,in order to adapt the position and develop the nursing profession for nursing students .
