电化学疗法治疗中晚期肝癌20例临床体会

目的探讨电化学方法治疗不能手术的中晚期肝癌的可行性. 方法对不能手术切除的20例中晚期肝癌患者,采用电化学疗法,在瘤体内置入电极,通过电解使肿瘤组织坏死、崩解. 结果治疗1月后症状完全缓解5例,部分缓解9例,稳定5例,进展1例.半年生存率100%(20/20),一年生存率60%(12/20). 结论电化学疗法对病人生理干扰小,术中不需要输血,操作简单、安全,适用于不能行根治性手术切除的中晚期肝癌患者.

Electrochemical Therapy for Middle and Late Stage Liver Cancer:Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases

Objective To investigate the feasibility of electrochemical therapy for middle and late stage liver cancer without surgical indications. Methods 20 patients with middle and late stage liver cancer but without surgical indications underwent electrochemical therapy. Electrodes were inserted into the tumor to make tumor tissue necrotize and disintegrate. Results One month after electrochemical therapy, 5 cases completely relieved, 9 partially relieved, 5 reached a stable status and 1 advanced. The half year survival rate was 100%(20/20), and the one year survival rate was 60%(12/20). Conclusions Electrochemical therapy has little physiological influence and no requirement of perioperational blood transfusion. It is a safe and simple therapy for the patients without chance of receiving radical resection.
