COX-2在子宫内膜腺癌及子宫内膜增生中的表达及其意义

目的检测COX-2在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症和不同分化程度子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达,探讨COX-2与子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测正常子宫内膜30例,子宫内膜增生症30例（包括单纯性增生、复杂性增生、不典型增生各10例）,不同分化程度子宫内膜腺癌38例中COX-2的表达。结果①COX-2在子宫内膜腺癌的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜增生症,三者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。②COX-2在子宫内膜腺癌与子宫内膜不典型增生中的表达比较,差异无统计学意义。③COX-2的表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分化程度无关。结论COX-2可能与子宫内膜腺癌的早期发生密切相关,可作为肿瘤防治的参考指标。

Expression and Significance of COX-2 in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma and Endometrial Hyperplasia

Objective To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in normal endometrium,endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma with different degree of defferentiation.To investigate the correlation between COX-2 and development and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods Expression of COX-2 was assayed by immunohistochemistry SP method in 30 cases with normal endometrium,30 cases with hyperplasia endometrium（including respectively 10 cases with simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia） and 38 cases with endometrial adenocarcinoma.Results ①The expression quantity of COX-2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was greater significantly than that in normal endometrium and endometrial hyperplasia.There was statistical significance among them（P〈0.01）.②There was no statistical significance between endometrial adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia.③The expression quantity of COX-2 was not correlated with histological grade of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Conclusion In this study,the immunohistochemical analysis showed a trend toward increased COX-2 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma and hyperplasia compared to normal endometrium.The increased COX-2 expression in atypical hyperplasia may signify an early step in carcinogenesis.COX-2 may play an important role in tumor production and may be a good index to assess the preservation and therapy of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
