| 摘 要： | 目的：强调中药新药研发的目的是提出出有实实在在疗效的，可以解决临床难题的新药，方法：通过揭示和分析目前新药研发存在的片面追求数量和研究过程繁复的实际问题，指明新药研发的方向和方法，结果与结论：中药研发当务之急是要推出国内外一致认可的，确有临床疗效的新药。

| Abstract: | Object:It must be emphasized that the aim of study and development of new drug of the traditional clinical disease. Method: By opening out and analyzing those problems of study and development of new drug existing in the traditional Chinese medicine,which were only in pursuit of quantity and miscellaneous practice problems existing in course of study and development. Conclution: The clinical effect is the core problem of study and development of new drug existing in the traditional Chinese medicine.
