恶性淋巴瘤51例临床分析

分析了由病理检测确诊的５１例恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现和体征以及初诊时的诊断特点，原发于淋巴结以外以胃肠道病变为主的淋巴瘤占２７％，占结外淋巴瘤的６４％。淋巴瘤的临床表现多种多样，缺乏特征性表现，早期诊断困难，导致误诊者占８０％以上，尤其胃肠型者９０％误诊。通过分析可以提高医师诊治水平。尤其目前分科过细的情况下消化科医师应对此症提高警惕性，做到早期诊断和治疗。

Clinical analysis on 51 cases with malignant lymphoma

In the present paper,51 cases with malignant lymphoma confirmed by pathological examinations were studied on their clinical manifestations, physical signs and initial diagnostic characteristics.The malignant lymphoma which originated from the extralymph nodes lymphoid tissues showed pathological changes mainly in gastro-intestinal tract, accounted for 27% (14/51) in total,and for 64%(9/14) in lymphoma out of lymphonodes. The manifestations of malignant lymphoma are various and none characteristic. It is rather difficult for early diagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate may be more than 80 percent, especially gastrointestinal type might be up to 90 percent. By this study we hope it can help to improve the diagnosis ability and make cautious for the doctors, especially for gastroenterologic doctors in routine clinical works and to give a early diagnosis and treatment for this kind of disease.
