| 摘 要： | 目的:评价低剂量CT在肺部肿瘤中的应用价值.材料与方法:应用Philips Brilliance16排螺旋CT对167例胸部平片疑似肺部肿瘤患者进行常规剂量及低剂量CT扫描.所得图像由3名从事影像诊断工作多年的高年资医师采用双盲法进行判读,分别就病灶的形态、边缘及病灶内密度情况等客观征象进行逐一判定,最后作出定性诊断.结果:167例平片疑似肺部肿瘤患者行两种扫描方式所得图像经判定,病灶密度,边缘及形态等无明显差异,均能达到诊断标准,不影响病变定性诊断.同时,低剂量扫描方法大幅降低了辐射剂量.
