| 摘 要： | 目的:研究True FISP与MRCP序列在胆总管结石中的应用价值与局限性.材料与方法:对30例经ERCP或手术证实的胆总管结石患者行术前True FISP及MRCP序列扫描,MRCP与True FISP序列分别作阅片诊断,再结合其他序列进行诊断,最后与病理结果进行对比分析.结果:True FISP像、MRCP像均可显示胆总管的扩张.True FISP像、MRCP像对胆总管结石的检出率分别为92.5％、93.3％；其中5例胆总管小结石及2例泥沙样结石True FISP未检出,4例胆总管末端结石MRCP未检出,结合两种序列对结石的检出率为97.8％.结论:True FISP序列对胆总管的管壁和管周组织显示较好,有利于末端胆总管结石的检出,MRCP有利于胆管系统的整体显示,对胆总管小结石及泥沙样结石显示较好,结合两种序列可对胆总管结石作出更准确的评价.
