烟雾病的螺旋ct诊断

目的:探讨CT平扫、增强扫描及脑血管造影对烟雾病的诊断价值.材料与方法:5例病人均行CT平扫,2例增强扫描.3例行CT脑血管造影检查.回顾性分析烟雾病的CT影像学特征.结果:CT检查平扫:右额顶叶脑实质出血1例,蛛网膜下腔出血2例,脑梗塞2例.2例CT增强扫描:脑底动脉环显影不良,基底节大脑半球增粗迂曲血管影.3例CT脑血管造影:双侧颈内动脉前床突上段动脉闭塞1例,双侧大脑前中动脉多发闭塞2例,脑底烟雾状异常血管网及大量的侧枝循环形成3例.结论:烟雾病患者行头颅CT检查主要显示脑实质的病变,头颅增强CT仅能显示部分血管病变,对典型病例可作出诊断,对轻度病变的诊断尚有一定度难度.多排CT脑血管造影不仅能够清晰显示颈内动脉内段基底动脉环各血管闭塞、狭窄的部位、形态、管壁状况及狭窄程度,还能清晰显示增多迂曲的脑底部的异常血管网,可作为烟雾病的首选检查方法.

Spiral CT Diagnosis of Moyamoya Disease

Purpose:To evaluate CT for the diagnosis of moyamoya disease.Materials and Methods:Five patients underwent CT scan,two cases of enhanced scan.3 routine CT angiography examination.Retrospective analysis of moyamoya disease on CT imaging features.Results:CT scan examination: the right frontal cerebral hemorrhage in 1 case,2 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral infarction(hemorrhagic infarction,eventually progressing to the side of a large area of ??cerebral infarction) in 2 cases.Two cases CT scan: imaging cerebral artery rings bad,enlarged tortuous vessel cerebral hemisphere basal ganglia shadow.Three cases CT angiography: imaging adverse cerebral artery rings in 1 case.Right side of the brain before,during artery stenosis,2 cases of basal ganglia,cerebral hemispheres enlarged tortuous vascular shadow in 3 cases.Conclusion:Smoke patients underwent head CT examination of the major shows brain parenchyma lesions,head-enhanced CT can only show part of the vascular disease,diagnosis can be made of typical cases,the diagnosis of mild disease there is a certain degree of difficulty.Multi-slice CT angiography is not only able to clearly show the internal carotid artery ring segments of basilar artery occlusion,stenosis location,shape,wall conditions and the degree of stenosis,but also clearly show the increased tortuosity of the brain at the bottom of the abnormal vascular network can be moyamoya disease as the preferred screening method.
