| 摘 要： | 目的：构建高质量中药注射剂不良反应信息平台。方法：通过检索丈献，收集中药注射剂不良反应病案，进而基于ACCESS数据库平台，建立数据库表和窗体，应用宏命令和窗体控件等在ACCESS中进行数据库平台的集成。结果：本研究建立了包含中药注射剂不良反应个案信息，群案信息、中药注射剂药品信息、中药注射剂组方药物信息和中药注射剂配伍禁忌信息的综合性文献数据库。结论：数据库的构建为中药注射剂不良反应文献信息的储存和分析提供了高质量平台。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a literature database of adverse reaction induced by Chinese herbal injection. Methods： ACCESS software was used to establish database based on literature collection of ADR cases of Chinese herbal injection and other related information searched from modem periodicals and ancient books by handwork and computer. Results： The literature database established in our study not only includes ADR cases of Chinese herbal injection but also includes general information of injections, the ingredient herbs and the imcompatibility of some kinds of Chinese herbal injection. Conclusion： It is convenient and efficient to use ACCESS software to process and analysis ADR information of Chinese herbal injection. |
