| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院药品不良反应发生和分布情况，为临床合理用药提供科学依据，提高一临床合理用药水平，以达到保障公众用药安全、有效的目的。方法：对2009年我院收到的101例ADR病例报告进行分析。结果：药品不良反应涉及的药品以抗微生物药最多，为44．54％，中药制剂次之，为14．29％；静脉给药引起的ADR占91．09％。结论：应全方位加强药品不良反应监测工作，加快药品不良反应的信息传递，以减少和避免不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the occurrence and distribution of ADR in our hospital in order to provide the scientific and exact information for rational drug usage in clinical practice. Methods： 101 ADR reports collected by center of ADR monitoring from January 2009 to December 2009 were analyzed. Results： 44.54% of the total ADR was caused by antibiotics, 14.29% by traditional Chinese medicine, and 91.09% was caused by vein injection. Conclusion： Monitoring of ADR should be strengthened to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
