| 摘 要： | 目的用PCR和免疫学方法联合监测孕妇的弓形虫感染情况。方法对102例初检抗弓形虫抗体IgG阳性、IgM阴性患者1周至2月后用多种血清免疫学方法及PCR方法进行复查。结果IgG阳性62例(60.78%),IgM阳性18例(17.65%),CAg阳性22例(21.57%),虫体DNA阳性57例(55.88%)。结论PCR可作为一种较为理想的病原学检测方法,结合其它免疫学方法可以较好地反映孕妇虫体存在的实际情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the state of infection of toxoplasma in pre gn ant with PCR and immune methods. Methods Re-examining 102 pregnant of positive of IgG and negative of IgM with PCR and immune methods. Results The positive rat e of IgG was 60.78%, of IgM was 17.65%, of CAg was 21.57%, of Toxo-DNA was 5 5.88%. Conclusion PCR is an ideal method for examining Toxoplasma and it can sh ow the real state of Toxoplasma in pregnant combined with other immunology test. |
