督导在静脉留置针操作技能培训中的作用

目的通过规范静脉留置针的操作培训，快速提高临床低年资护士静脉留置针的操作技能。方法2008年11月-2009年1月，选择上海2所二级甲等综合性医院新毕业护士56名，随机分为实验组和对照组各28名，两组护士除按静脉留置针常规方法培训外，对实验组护士强调督导在操作技能培训中的作用。结果两组护士培训2个月和3个月后的考核成绩差异均有统计学意义；实验组培训2个月后与对照组培训3个月后的考核成绩差异无统计学意义，实验组的考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组。结论在静脉留置针培训中加强操作技能的督导作用，可缩短临床低年资护士操作培训周期，有助于提高护士临床操作能力。

Effect of supervision on operational skill training of intravenous cannulation

Objective To standardize intravenous cannulation operation, and to improve operational skills. Methods Fifty-six new graduate nurses from two local grade-2 general November 2008 to January 2009 were enrolled and junior nurses＇ hospitals from randomized into two groups： 28 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group. All nurses were trained with conventional methods of intravenous cannulation. In addition, the nurses in experimental group were supervised and consolidated the theory of operational skills during training. The information and performance of all nurses were recorded and analysed. Results All nurses had significant improvement in assessments after training for 2-3 months There was no difference between the nurses receiving 2-month training in the experimental group and those receiving 3-month training in the control group. However, the nurses in experimental group had better achievement. Conclusion The training and supervision of the theory of operational skills are helpful for junior nurses to shorten intravenous cannulation training period and to master the practical skill faster.
