臭氧椎间盘内注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨椎间盘源性腰痛的特点以及C臂机引导下臭氧微创治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取椎间盘源性腰痛患者68例,按照随机数字表将患者随机分成硬膜外腔组(C组)32例及臭氧微创治疗组(D组)36例。用视觉疼痛评分(VAS)和Nakai分级标准对每个患者进行术前和术后3d、6d、2个月分别评分,评估治疗效果及不良反应。结果:68例患者硬膜外穿刺或椎间盘穿刺均一次成功,无明显不良反应。两组患者治疗后3d、6d及2个月VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,P〈0.05;D组术后2个月与术后3d、6d相比,P〈0.05;与C组相比较,术后2个月D组VAS评分明显下降,P〈0.05。Nakai分级:治疗后2个月,与C组相比较,D组优良率和总有效率均明显升高,P〈0.05。结论:c臂机引导下臭氧微创治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床疗效确切,安全,不良反应少。

Abstract::Objective: To discuss the clincal effect and evaluate curative effects of intradiscal injection of ozone in the C-arm guided mini- mally invasive treatment of discogenie low back pain. Methods:68 patients withdiseogenie low back pain in our hospital were randomly as- signed to epidural group (C group,n= 32) and ozone minimally invasive treatment group (D group,n= 36) according to the random number table. The visual pain scale (VAS) and Nakai grading standards were used to evaluate the treatment effects and adverse reaction before sugery and 3d, 6d, 2 months after surgery, respectively. Results: All the patients puncture or epidural disc puncture were only once and no signifi- cant adverse reactions. Compared with pre-operation, VAS score was significantly lower in the both two groups 3d, 6d and 2 months after op- eration, P~0.05 ; Compared with 3d and 6d after operation, the VAS in D group during 2M after operation decreased significantly, the VAS in D group during 2M after operation decreased significantly compared with C group, P〈0.05. Nakai grade: Compared with C group, the good rate and total effective rate in D group were significantly higher,P〈0.05. Conchllsion: C-arm-guided minimally invasive ozone in the treatment of discogenic low back pain was effective, safety and with no adverse reactions.
