| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨补阳还五汤联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取早期糖尿病肾病患者50例，随机分为对照组20例和治疗组30例，对照组给予口服贝那普利治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗，治疗2个月后比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，明显高于对照组的85．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：补阳还五汤联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效优于单用贝那普利治疗，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate BYHWD combined with benazepril treatment of early diabetic nephropathy clinical efficacy. Methods： 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy, 20 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 patients in the control group were given oral benazepril treatment, the treatment group were given on the basis of treatment BYH- WD therapy, after 2 months of treatment compared two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 96.7%, significantly higher than the 85.0 % （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： BYHWD combined with benazepril treatment of early diabetic nephropathy effective than benazepril alone, worthy of clinical application. |
