中西药联合治疗原发性高血压及对生活质量影响研究

目的：探讨中西药联合治疗原发性高血压的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：选择原发性高血压患者300例，随机分为观察组（中西医结合治疗）和对照组（单纯西药治疗）各150例，对两组的治疗效果及生活质量情况进行对比分析。结果：经过14天的治疗，观察组显效率和有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而无效率明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01），观察组患者在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康等8个维度评分均明显高于对照组，与运动前比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗原发性高血压疗效满意，能够明显改善患者的生活质量。

Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment and its Impact on Quality of Life in Essential Hypertension

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and impact on quality of life of treating essential hypertension in the Integrat- ed traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods：To choose the January 2011-January 2012 the 300 patients with essential hypertension randomly divide into observation group for 150 cases（the investigate medicine threapy）and control group for 150 cases（western medicine therapy） ,compare the effect and quality of life in two groups ; Results： after 14 days of treatment, ob- servation group of significant efficiency and efficiency is significantly higher than that in the control group, there was statistically sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）, but no efficiency is significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences （P〈 0.01）, patients in the observation group in physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health of 8 dimension scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, there were significant differences compared with before exercise （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating essential hypertension in the Integrat ed traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a good effect,Can significantly improve the life quality.
