| 摘 要： | 根据时毓民教授运用健脾益气活血法经验，治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染１４５例，临床辨证分肺脾两虚，肺脾两虚兼湿热，气阴两虚，脾肾两虚四型，在基本方基础上加减治疗。结果：显效５２例，有效８５例，无效８例，总有效率９４．４８％。提示本法有提高患儿机体免疫力，抑制呼吸道病原菌的作用。

| Abstract: | BaseduponProf.SHIYu-minsexperienceinusingthemethodtosthengthenthespleen,benefitqiandactivateblood,145 casesofrepeatedinfantilerespiratoryinfection,clinicallydividedintofourpatternsofdeficiencyinboththelungandspleen,deficiencyinboththelungandspleencomplicatedbydampheat,deficiencyinbothqiandyin,anddeficiencyinboththespleenandkidney,weretreatedbythemodifiedbasicformula(RadixAstragali,RhizomaAtractylodisMacrocephalae,Poria,RadixGlehniae,RadixOphiopogonis,RadixLedebouriellae,RadixPseudostellariae,RhizomaDioscoreae,RadixSalviaeMiltiorrhizae,RadixAngelicaeSinensis,RadixGlycyrrhizae).Theresultsshowedobviouseffectivenessin 52 cases,effectivenessin85 cases,failurein8casesandthetotaleffectiveratein94.48%,indcatingthatthismethodcouldenhancetheimmuneabilityininfantsandinhibittheprimarybacteriaintherespiratorytract. |
