盐酸贝那普利对维持性血液透析患者血浆内皮素水平的影响

 目的 探讨盐酸贝那普利对维持性血液透析患者血浆内皮素水平的影响.方法 采用放射免疫方法测定服用盐酸贝那普利和未服用盐酸贝那普利(Benazepriil)的尿毒症患者(各20例)血液透析过程中血浆内皮素(Endothelin,ET)水平,并与30例健康成人血浆ET含量进行比较.结果 未服用盐酸贝那普利组(未服药组)透析前、后血浆ET均较健康人含量高(P＜0.01);服用盐酸贝那普利组(服药组)服药前,服药2周后透析前、后ET 水平亦较健康人含量高(P＜0.01);服药组服药前与未服药组血浆ET无显著差异,服用盐酸贝那普利2周后血浆ET含量与未服药组于透析前、透析后比较,明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 维持性血液透析患者血浆内皮素水平较健康人明显升高,服用盐酸贝那普利可降低血透患者血浆内皮素水平.

Effect of benazepril on endothelin level in patients on sustaining hemodialysis

Objective To study the effect of benazepril on the endothelin level in patients on sustaining hemodialysis. Methods Twenty uremic patients were tested for the plasma content of endothelin （ET） level during the process of hemodialysis by means of radioimmunoassay, and the ET level was also tested during the process of hemodialysis after the patients took benazepril. Results For comparison, the ET content in blood of normal subjects was extremely low（2.68 ± 0.90）. The ET levels of the patients who did not take benazepril were 35.86 ±5.12 （before hemo dialysis） and 14.98 ＋ 3.96 （after hemo dialysis） ,higher than those in healthy subjects（ P 〈 0.001 and P 〈 0.01 ,repeclively）. Before taking benazepril, the ET level in the patients who took benazepril was not signitieandy different from that in the patients who did not take benazepril. But after taking benazepril for two weeks, the patients＇ ET level was lower than that in patients who did not take benazepril （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Benazepril reduces the plasma ET level in patients on sustaining hemodialysis.
