摘    要:本实验观察了猪油与豆油对家兔血脂水平和主动脉形态学改变的影响。24只成年家兔分为4组:对照组、高猪油组、低猪油组和豆油组,饲养2个月。结果表明,在普通饲料中加入食用油后,实验动物血清胆固醇升高,并伴有不同程度的主动脉病变。病变为肉眼可见的脂斑和扫描电镜下的鹅卵石样结构,在高猪油组最重,低猪油组最轻。由此可见,过量摄入食用油,即使其主要含不饱和脂肪酸,仍可造成主动脉损伤;而适量摄入猪油,则可能并不产生明显损伤。

Abstract:The effects of lard and soybean oil feedimg on serum lipid level and morphology of rabbit aorta were observed.24 adult rabbits were divided into 4 groups,i.e.control group,high lard group,low lard group and soybean oil group.The results revealed that the experimental animals fed with additional edible oil showed increased serum cholesterol levels and patholo- gical changes of aortae in varying degrees.The pathological changes including lipid plaque by gross inspection and cobble stone like structure by scanning electron microscopy were most serious in high lard group,and least in low lard group. So,over intake of edible oil may damage the aorta,even though it contains mainly unsaturated fatty acids and intake of suitable amount of lard may not have any injurious effect.
