457例胃黏膜活检组织病理形态观察及分析

目的探讨纤维胃镜胃黏膜活检术在胃部疾病诊治中的临床意义。方法将2005年7月至2008年7月本院门诊及住院胃部疾病患者457例胃黏膜活检的材料进行病理组织学观察及分类。结果胃癌23例,慢性胃炎398例,溃疡17例,黏膜内腺上皮异形增生80例,增生性息肉11例,可疑癌5例。慢性活动性胃炎111例,慢性炎症91例,萎缩性胃炎187例,肠化117例,其他组织学类型6例。结论纤维内镜活检病理学诊断有一定的临床实用价值,尤期在胃癌的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗中有重要意义。

Histopathological Observation on 457 Tissues from Gastric Mucosa Biopsy

Objective To explore the clinical significances of gastric mucosa biopsy in diagnosis of gastric diseases by Gastroscope. Methods 457 cases with gastric diseases of out-patient and hospitalized patients from July 2005 to July 2008 in our hospital were given for histopathological ohservation and classifica- tion. Results Among 457 cases, there were 23 with gastric cancer,318 with chronic gastritis, 17 with gastric benign ulcer,80 with mucosa epithelial dysplasia, 11 with gastric polyps and 5 with suspected cancer. As to histological types, there were 111 of chronic active gastritis,91 of chronic inflammation, 187 of atrophic gastritis, 117 of intestinal metaplasia,and 9 cases of other histological types. Conclusion The gastric mucosa biopsy has good clinical value,especially in early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
