| 摘 要： | 目的观察PTEN在食管鳞癌组织当中的表达,探讨其与食管鳞癌发生的联系及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测食管鳞癌组织、癌旁正常食管组织中PTEN的蛋白表达情况。结果 PTEN在正常食管黏膜和食管癌中阳性率分别为96.4%,65.5%。PTEN表达与食管癌的分化程度高低、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切（P〈0.05）,与患者年龄、性别无关（P〉0.05）。结论 PTEN蛋白异常表达在食管鳞癌发生发展过程中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protein expression and its significance of tumor suppressor gene PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( ESCC) . Methods Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to determine the expression of PTEN in ESCC and the normal esophageal tissues ( NET) which were adjacent to the carcinoma.
