| 摘 要： | 坚持医疗质量、服务质量、管理质量三位一体的”大质量”观，以提升医疗质量水平作为推进医院发展的突破口，从积极营造质量建院的良好氛围、严格落实质量强院的规章制度、不断探索质量兴院的有效措施、采取多种方式控制医疗费用等4方面大胆创新管理模式，不断完善管理体系，使医院全面建设呈现持续发展、整体推进的良好态势。

| Abstract: | The innovative management model was carried out and the management system was improved from 4 aspects： to create a good atmosphere of quality improvement, to fulfill the strict regulations systems, to continuously explore the effective measures for quality management, and to take various methods to control medical costs. Through insisting on the Trinity ＂ Great Quality＂ concept which included medical quality, service quality and management quality, making medical quality level improvement as a breakthrough in promoting development of hospital, the hospital had shown sustainable well development. |
