| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈源性头痛、头晕的诊断与治疗。方法总结2001年1月～2006年10月所治疗的136例颈源性头痛、头晕病例资料,初次治疗按病程全部采用保守治疗。结果一个疗程后总有效率82.35%,136例中有4例病人因椎动脉受压严重而采取了手术治疗。结论治疗颈源性头痛、头晕关键在于准确诊断以及判断发病的主要原因,对于大部分病人,保守治疗可以获得满意疗效。

Methods concluded in January 2001 to October 2006 by the treatment of 136 cases of cervical headache,dizziness cases,the initial course of treatment by using all of conservative treatment.
