莲心碱对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血清中LDH和SOD的影响

目的:观察莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉线栓(MCAO)法制备局灶性脑缺血模型,莲心碱组于阻断大脑中动脉后舌静脉注射3mg/kg,用ZeaLonga评分标准对神经系统损伤程度进行评估,TTC染色计算脑缺血体积,并测定每组大鼠血清中总过氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性。结果:与模型组比较,莲心碱改善大鼠的神经系统损伤症状,减少脑缺血体积;且血清中LDH活性降低,T-SOD活性增强。结论:莲心碱对局灶性脑缺血损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与拮抗自由基损伤有关。

Effect of liensinine on LDH and SOD in serum of rats with focal cerebral ischemia

Objective:To observe the effect of liensinine on lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and superoxid(SOD)of serum in rats with focal cerebral ischemia and investigate the protective mechanism of liensinine. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups. sham operation group, ischemia group, liensinine group. In the sham operation group, the line bolt to insert the artery depth inside the neck to is 1 cm only, but the ischemia group and the liensinine group set difference after stopping the artery in the brain, the tongue intravenous injection physiology brine and liensinine 3mg/kg. Use the Zea Longa grade point standard to valuate the hurt degree of the nervous system, the TTC dyes calculate volume ratio of the cerebral ischemia. LDH and SOD activity of the serum were determined. Results: Compared with the model group, The nervous system hurt symptom was significant improvement, and the cerebral ischemia volume was also much smaller in the liensinin group than in the ischemia group. The liensinin decreased LDH activity and increased SOD activity of serum. Conclusion:The liensinine has protective effects against ischemia injury of the rat cerebral.The protective mechanism of liensinine is probably related to the inhibition of the lipid peroxidation.
