小儿特重度烧伤休克期护理

目的：总结小儿特重度烧伤休克期护理的经验。方法：1996年1月～2002年5月治疗小儿特重度烧伤87例，在休克期的输液护理过程中，针对患儿的病理生理特点，迅速建立有效的静脉输液通道，加强输液管理，精确计算补液量，及时补充血容量，密切观察生命体征变化，保护肾脏功能；根据尿量调整输液速度及种类。结果：87例中治愈86例，治愈率为98．6％。结论：烧伤休克可危及生命．及时、准确补充液体，有利于患儿渡过休克期，将直接影响全病程的救治成功。

Nursing of infantile extremely severe burning at shock stage

Objective: To sum up experience in nursing of infantile extremely severe burning at shock stage Method: 87 cases of infantile extremely severe burning (male, 61 cases; female, 26 cases) were treated and nursed from January 1996 to May 2002 During transfusion nursing at shock stage, according to infantile physiopathologic characteristics, management was strengthened on transfusion, accurately calculating fluid infusion amount, quickly extallishing effective intravenous transfusion channels, timely replenishing blood valume, clusly watching vital sign variations, protecting kidney function, keeping what was needed and discharging the rest; Adjusting the speed and kind of trandfudion according to urine amount Result:86 among 87 cases were cured, with the cure rate at 98 6% Conliusion:Burning shock can threaten one's life, therefore timely and accurate replenishing of fluid will help the patients to pull through the shock stage and directly affect the rescue success in the overall process
