| 摘 要： | 目的：提高门诊幼女小阴唇粘连松解术的护理疗效。方法：对门诊行不同术式的幼女小阴唇粘连患儿除常规手术护理配合外,完善心理护理,卫生宣教和术后家庭护理指导。结果：60例患儿小阴唇粘连分离效果较好,切口愈合显效22例,有效33例。结论：门诊幼女小阴唇粘连松解术落实整体护理可缩短治愈日。
