农村2型糖尿病患者社会支持状况及护理

目的 了解农村2型糖尿病患者的社会支持状况,为从不同方面得到社会广大支持提供有力依据.方法 运用肖水源设计的社会支持评定量表进行评分,以便利取样的方法,对222例农村2型糖尿病患者的社会支持状况进行调查.结果 农村2型糖尿病患者社会支持总评分（41.10±5.53）分低于国内常模（44.34±8.38）分,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;农村2型糖尿病患者的客观支持评分、主观支持评分、支持利用度低于国内常模（P〈0.01）;婚姻状况对社会支持水平影响最大,其次依次为职业、人均家庭月收入、文化程度,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）.结论 农村2型糖尿病患者的社会支持水平状况相对较差,社会支持对于促进个体疾病预防和加快患者康复具有重要意义.

Social support status and nursing in rural type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To find out the social support status in rural type 2 diabetes patients, to provide strong evidence for getting extensive social support from different directions. Methods To investigate 222 rural type 2 diabetes patients by convenience sampling and score through social support rating scale designed by Xiao Shui-yuan. Results The score of rural type 2 diabetes patient (41. 10 ± 5. 53) was lower than national norm (44. 34 ±8.38) ,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 01 ) ; The objective support score, subjective support score, utilization of social support were lower than national norm(P <0. 01) ; Social support level was effected by marital status most. Occupation, per capita monthly household income, education background were in turn. The differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05; P < 0. 01). Conclusions The social support level of rural type 2 diabetes patient was relatively lower. There was important meaning of social support to prevent individual disease and promote recovery.
