| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床应用价值。方法 对28例股骨头缺血性坏死患者Ficat分期，行超选择旋股内、外侧动脉、髂内动脉注射罂粟碱、尿激酶、复方丹参治疗。结果 术后随访6～24个月，进行疼痛、生活能力，髋关节活动度等指标治疗前后比较或评分。结论 介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical appllication of interventional therapy in avascular nerosis of head(ANFH).Methods 28 cases of ANFH were treated with superslective angiographic medicine injection injected papaverin?urokinase?salvia miltorrhiza compound in lateral circumflexa femoral artery and medial circumflexa femroal artery and interical iliaca artery.Result 28 cases were demonstrated with elife of pain, improved upon power of life a follow up of 6~24 months. There were no complication and sequelase.Conclusion Interventional therapy in ANFH is safe and effection. |
