| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大承气颗粒对全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)/多器官功能不足综合征(MODS)的肠源性内毒素血症的治疗作用.方法:前瞻性对照分析急性腹腔内感染的住院患者245例,分为常规治疗对照组及常规治疗加用大承气颗粒剂治疗组.比较两组治疗后的病死率,并发症发生率,血白细胞,氧合指数,总胆红质,血转氨酶的变化.结果:大承气颗粒治疗组的疗效均显著优于常规治疗组,有统计学意义.结论:大承气颗粒剂可以明显改善SIRS/MODS患者的临床症状,降低并发症发生率,促进脏器功能恢复,预防或减少MODS/MOF的发生,改善预后降低病死率.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dachengqi granules on SIRS/MODS enterogenous endotoxemia Methods Prospective control analysis of 245 patients with acute abdominal infection was done.Patients were divided into the conventional treatment control group and Dachengqi(DCQ)granules treatment in addition to conventional treatment group. The mortalities, morbidities, white blood cell count,PaO2/PCO2,total bilirubin and AST changes before and after treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic results of the DCQ group was significantly better than those of the control group with statistically differences.Conclusion Clinical results revealed marked improvement of clinical manifestations, with reduction of morbidity, promotion of the recovery of visceral functions, prevention of MODS/MOF,improvement of the prognosis and reduction of mortality. |
