| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病(GERD)可分为酸性反流、弱酸性反流和非酸性反流。典型的GERD症状常与酸反流相关,但仍有部分患者其症状与非酸反流有关,尤其是质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗后的患者。非酸性GERD大多无内镜下明显表现,pH监测和PPI试验无明显变化,所以诊断更为困难。本文就非酸性GERD近年研究进展简要综述。

| Abstract: | Gastroesophageal reflux includes acid reflux, minus-acid reflux and ram-acid reflux. Typical gastroesophageal reflux is related with acid reflux. But sume gastreesophageal reflux in patients, in which especially those were treated with PPI are related with non-acid reflux. Patients with non-acid reflux are difficult to be diagnosed because they lack obvious changes in endoscopy, pH, and PPI test. This article will summarize the recent progress on the non-acid gastreesophageal reflux. |
