| 摘 要： | 目的:评价针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的随机对照试验(RCT)进行Meta-分析。统计方法数据使用专用软件RevMan 4.2.8版进行统计分析。结果:6篇RCT共500例患者满足纳入标准。Meta-分析的结果,针刺组和药物组比较,有效率的相对危险度(RR)为2.26,95%的可信区间(1.71,2.99),P<0.00001;总均分的加权均数差值(WMD)为9.83,95%的可信区间(6.21,13.45),P<0.00001。结论:针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效优于西药,且副作用少,具有安全性。但由于临床试验方法学质量不高,尚需要高质量的试验进一步证实。
