| 摘 要： | 目的了解疾病谱,掌握疾病分布动态,为社会服务提供信息。方法采用ICD-10国际疾病分类编码为标准进行分类,对《医院住院病人疾病分类》年报表进行统计分析。结果排在前五位的疾病分别是损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、妊娠分娩产褥期疾病;疾病类别占全疾病谱的构成比逐年下降。结论疾病谱在逐年扩宽,合理配置卫生资源,充分发挥出综合医院的优势。
