30例皮肤结核的临床分析

目的提高对皮肤结核病的认识和诊断能力。方法对30例确诊为皮肤结核患者的临床特点,组织病理学,误诊原因及治疗方法进行综合分析。结果皮肤结核起病隐匿,临床表现具有多样性,症状不典型,初诊易误诊成其它皮肤病;最后行组织病理学、结核杆菌检查、PPD试验、诊断性抗结核治疗明确诊断。结论皮肤结核的发病率较其他脏器低、表现多样性,易误诊,对可疑患者需行组织病理学、结核杆菌检查、PPD试验、诊断性抗结核治疗共同协助诊断。

Theclinical analysis of thirty patients of tuberculoderma

Objective To improve the understanding and diagnostic ability of skin tuberculosis.Methods In 30 cases of cutaneous tuberculosis in patients with clinical features,histopathology,causes of misdiagnosis and treatment methods for the comprehensive analysis.Results Cutaneous tuberculosis of insidious onset,clinical manifestations are diverse,atypical symptoms,initially misdiagnosed as other diseases of the skin;the final histopathological examination,Mycobacterium tuberculosis,PPD test,diagnosis of anti tuberculosis treatment diagnosis.Conclusion Cutaneous tuberculosis morbidity as compared with other organs is low,performance of diversity,misdiagnosis,suspicious patients needed histopathological examination,Mycobacterium tuberculosis,PPD test,diagnosis of anti tuberculosis treatment to assist in the diagnosis of.
