不同方案治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效观察

目的 比较4种不同治疗方法治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效.方法 412例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为单纯性蓝光照射治疗(A组)、蓝光照射+肝酶诱导剂口服治疗(B组)、蓝光照射+茵桅黄注射液静滴(c组)和蓝光照射+茵桅黄注射液静滴+肝酶诱导剂口服治疗(D组),比较4组临床疗效.结果 4组新生儿病理性黄疸患儿中,D组治疗效果最佳(P＜0.05),差异无统计学意义.结论 光疗、茵桅黄注射液、肝酶诱导剂三联治疗新生儿病理性黄疸效果最佳,值得临床推广.

Clinical Observation on Different Methords Treating Pathological Jaundice of Newborn

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of four methords treating pathological jaundice of newborn.Methods 412 pathological jaundice of newborn were randomly divided into only light therapeutics(A group),light therapeutics and liver enzyme inducer(B group),light therapeutics and yinzhihuang injection(C group),light therapeutics,yinzhihuang injection and liver enzyme inducer(D group),to compare the efficacy of the four groups.Results The therapeutic efficacy of D groups was the best in the four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion light therapeutics,yinzhihuang injection and liver enzyme inducer treating pathological jaundice of newborn is the best.It is worthy to be popularized.
