| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预在冠状动脉介入诊疗围手术期的临床效果.方法 336例行择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的冠心病患者随机分为干预组(216例)和对照组(120例),对照组采用传统护理方法,干预组采用护理干预措施,比较2组患者的护理效果.结果 干预组术后并发症发生率少于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 护理干预措施可减少术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nursing intervention measures to patient of PCI perioperativeperiod.Methods 336 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group(226 cases) and control group(120 cases).The control group was applied for the conventional nursing care,the intervention group took the nursing intervention measures,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Results Comparing the results of two groups of patients,the incidence rate of complication of intervention group was less than control group,but the gratification was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures can reduce the rate of complication and improve therapeutic satisfactory degree of patients. |
