匹维溴铵联合西甲硅油在结肠镜检查中的作用

摘    要:目的:观察匹维溴铵联合西甲硅油对结肠镜检查的肠道清洁效果和对患者腹痛等的影响。方法:200例接受结肠镜检查的病人随机分为研究组(100例)和对照组(100例)。对照组术前常规应用硫酸镁,研究组在应用硫酸镁的基础上,加用匹维溴铵及西甲硅油。术中观察肠腔清洁度,肠内泡沫情况和患者的腹痛及肠腔扩展情况。结果:研究组、对照组的肠道清洁效果无明显差异,分别为90%和86%;肠内无泡和少泡率研究组(93%)明显高于对照组(60%);检查中腹痛反应轻重、肠腔扩展程度:研究组、对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ级分别为69%和40%,两组间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:匹维溴铵联合西甲硅油对结肠镜检查的肠道准备有良好的促进作用,能明显减轻患者的腹痛、改善肠腔扩展程度,有利于肠镜检查。

Application of simethicone and pinaverium bromide in colonoscopy examination

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of pinaverium bromide and simethicone on colonic cleanness and patients’ celialgia etc.Methods:Two hundred patients subjected to colonoscopy were randomly divided into study group and control group.Salamarum were administered to patients in the control group while salamarum plus pinaverium bromide and simethicone to those in the study group.The colonic cleanness,intracolonic foam and patients’ celialgia and enteric cavity distension were observed during the examination.Results: The percentage of cleaning level A and B was 90% in the study group,while it was 86% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The in the Controltracolonic foam free and few foam rate and patients’ celialgia and enteric cavity distension rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(93%vs 60%,69%vs 40%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: Pinaverium bromide and simethicone markedly improves the bowel preparation in colonoscopy.It improves colonic cleanness and lessens ness patients’ celialgia and enteric cavity distension;so it conduces to colonoscopy.
