| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的诊疗策略。方法:回顾2000-01～2010-12收治124例结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的病例资料进行回顾分析。结果:行一期肠切除吻合90例,行姑息性结肠造瘘10例,男14例行肛门插入型导管减压后行一期手术,术后感染5例,无吻合口漏发生。手术死亡病例2例。结论:结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的急诊治疗中,对于选择性病人,一期肠切除吻合手术是安全可行的;经肛门插入型肠梗阻导致结肠减压,灌肠去污是对一期肠切除吻合手术的有效补充。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of acute colon obstructioncaused by colorectal cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 124 cases from Jan.2000 to Dec.2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Stage I tumor resection and anastomosis were performed in 90 cases.10patients received palliative colostomy and 10 patients received proximal colon colostomy followed by stage II anastomsis.Stage I tumor resection and anastomosis after decompression per anum were performed in other 14 patients.Postoperative wound infection occured in5 cases and 2 patients died after operation.Conclusion:For the emergency treatment of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer,Stage I tumor resection and anastomosis is a safe and feasible method,nad to which decompression and ene ma are effective complements. |
