蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者同型半胱氨酸及炎症介质的影响

目的:探讨蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者中医证候及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:70例UA(中医辨证为心血瘀阻型)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,两组患者均按照冠心病二级预防用药,治疗组加用蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊,疗程3个月,观察治疗前后中医证候积分及血清Hcy及hs-CRP水平变化。结果:两组患者中医证候积分均有所改善,治疗组改善更加明显;两组患者hs-CRP水平均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组下降更加明显;治疗组Hcy水平较治疗前显著下降,而对照组治疗前后无明显变化。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能明显改善心血瘀阻型UA患者临床症状,可能与其能降低血清炎症介质水平,防止斑块破裂有关。

EFFECTS OF ZHILONG HUOXUE TONGYU CAPSULE ON HOMOCYSTEINE AND INFLAMMATORY MEDIATOR IN PATIENTS WITH UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome,homocystein(Hcy) and hs-CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods:70 unstable angina pectoris patients differentiated as heart-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.In 3 months of therapy coronary heart disease prevention medicine was administered in two groups.The Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule was adopted in treatment group.The TCM syndrome scores,Hcy and hs-CRP were compared between two groups.Results:TCM syndrome scores in two groups were improved significantly.The improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than in the control group.Also,the hs-CRP in two groups was decreased remarkably.These reductions were more evident in treatment group.The Hcy level in the treatment group was lowered significantly after treatment,but this index in control group was changed obviously. Conclusion:The clinical symptoms could be improved by Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule in unstable angina pectoris patient with heart-blood stasis syndrome.lt could be related with the reduction of inflammatory mediator and the prevention of plaque broken.
