重症急性胰腺炎患者中药深部结肠灌肠临床研究

目的:探讨中药深部结肠灌肠对重症急性胰腺炎患者(SAP)肠道功能恢复及疗效的影响。方法:将80例SAP患者按照病历单双号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组采用胃管灌肠插管深度(40～60cm)、对照组采用常规保留灌肠(10～15cm)。结果:观察组药物在肠道内保留时间、肠功能恢复及疗效等均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药深部结肠灌肠可延长药液在肠腔内停留时间,增加药液在肠道内的有效吸收面积,提高药物疗效,促进肠道功能尽早恢复,促进SPA患者早日康复。

CLINIC STUDY OF DEEP ENEMA OF CHINESE DRUGS IN SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Objective:To investigate the effect of deep retention enema of chinese drugs on bowel function recovery and curative effect in severe acute pancreatitis patients(SAP).Methods:80 patients with SAP,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,the enema was given through a gastric tube,the depth was 40~60 cm.In the conventional group,regular retention enema was given,the depth was 10~15cm.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in the aspects of the retention time of drugs in intestine,intestinal function recovery and curative effect;the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Improved chinese drugs retention enema can prolong the retention time,increase the effective absorption area,improve efficacy,promote bowel function recovery,and promote early recovery of SPA patients.
