霍乱弧菌内毒素诱导大鼠葡萄膜炎的组织切片研究

目的：本研究用霍乱弧菌内毒素诱导大鼠葡萄膜炎，建立全葡萄膜炎的动物模型，以期研究该病的发病机制和有效的治疗方案，方法：应用纯化后霍乱弧菌内毒素注射于Wistar大鼠，分别于注射后4，8，12，16，24h裂隙灯显微镜观察以以眼前节变化，及病理组织学观察，结果；注射内毒素后4h出现炎症，12h反应达到最重、表现为瞳孔缩小，虹膜水肿，血管充血扩张，严重者前房渗出，积血，组织学观察可见前房睫状体，虹膜水肿血管扩张充血，脉络膜水肿加剧，血细胞弥漫性渗出，视网膜有脱离，节细胞数量，视网膜厚度，节细胞大小，节细胞层血管数量及大小，内核外网层血管数量及大小都有明显的变化，结论：认为该方法用于诱导葡萄膜炎动物模型是成功的，同时还比较了内毒素和S抗原在诱导葡萄膜炎中的关系。

Studies on tissue section of uveitis induced by endotoxin extracted from cholera vibrio in Wistar rats

Objective In this study we use lipopolys accharide(LPS)extracted and purified from cholera vibrio to induce the uveitis of Wistar rats to build the disease model of animal for futher study.Methods LPS inject to Wistar rats ,4?6?12?16?24 hours microslitlamp and tissue sections observation.Results The inflammation appeared 4 hours after LPS injection,12 hours later ,the reaction reached the peak.The appearance was that mydriasis became smaller,the vascular were enlarged and filled with blood,iris was oedema,the blood was gathered in anterior chamber in some animals.From the histological section observation,the vascular in the ciliary body and iris was hyperplasia,enlarged and full of blood;The choroids was dropsy and folded,the retina was detachmental,the vascular was hyperplasia in retina,choroids and ciliary body. The number of ganglion cell(GC),the thickness of retina ,the size of GC, the quantity of vascular and its size in retina all had changed.Conclusion We can conclude that the disease model of animal induced by LPS was successful.Futhermore,we also compared LPS and S antigen in inducing the uveitis,discussed the machinism of LPS to induce uveitis.
