银杏叶制剂治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的　观察银杏叶制剂治疗血管性痴呆的疗效及安全性。　 方法　将 86例血管性痴呆患者 ,随机分为银杏叶制剂金纳多治疗组与脑复康对照组 ,全部患者在用药前、用药后 3、6月 ,分别测试其智能及社会功能状态 ,采用简明精神状态检查量表 (MMSE)、社会功能活动检查量表 (FAQ)。　 结果 　治疗 3月和 6月后 ,治疗组MMSE评分较对照组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,FAQ评分于治疗 6月后较对照组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。　 结论　银杏叶制剂能持续改善血管性痴呆患者的认知及社会功能 ,能延缓痴呆的发展 ,安全无明显副作用。

The efficacy of Gingko leaf preparation treating vascular dementia

Objective To observe the efficacy and security of Gingko leaf preparation in treating patients with vascular dementia. Methods Eighty-six cases with vascular dementia were divided into two groups randomly: the therapy group and the control group. Therapy group was treated with ginaton.Before and after 3 months? 6 months, the intelligence capacity and social function status were tested with measuring scale of MMSE and FAQ. Results Comparing with the control group, MMSE grade in the therapy group has statistical significance after the treatment with ginaton (P<0.01). In the sixth month, FAQ grade has statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusions Gingko leaf preparation is safe and effective in treating patients with vascular dementia which can persist in alleviating the symptom of vascular dementia, and can improve the intelligence capacity and social function status.
