| 摘 要： | 对正电子发射计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography，PET)在缺血性脑血管病早期缺血半暗带判定中的作用进行了综述。PET不但能早期发现半暗带的部位及大小，而且可以判定其中存活组织的生存状态，并能预测其转归，为缺血性脑血管病早期治疗对象的筛选及缺血半暗带的研究提供了一种新的、有效的检查手段。

| Abstract: | With positron emission tomography(PET),the presence of the ischemic penumbra in acute ischemic stroke can be predicted.In a series of PET studies on CBF,oxygen extraction fraction(OEF),cerebral metabolic rate for oxygen(CMRO 2) and cerebral metabolic rate for glucose(CMRglu),the tissue fulfilling all the criteria for penumbra can be detected.With PET,mapping the penumbra is now feasible in the individual case,and would therefore be applicable for both daily care and clinical trials to screen for the best candidates for therapy. |
