2011年费县部分城乡居民结核病防治核心知识知晓情况调查

目的]准确了解城乡居民结核病防治知识的知晓情况，为更好地宣传结核病防治提供科学依据。方法]2011年11～12月，在费县城区及马庄镇、朱田镇、薛庄镇抽取部分15岁以上居民进行结核病防治核心信息知晓情况调查。结果]调查2253人，5项结核病防治核心信息的知晓率分别为79．94％、82．38％、67．55％、32．40％、60．01％，总知晓率为64．46％。结核病防治知识总知晓率，男性为65．24％，女性为63．82％（P〉0．05）；18～29岁为72．45％，30～44岁为68．20％，45～59岁为64．21％，60岁以上为49．13％（P〈0．01）；文化程度初中及以下为58．97％，高中为79．87％，大专及以上为81．56％（P〈0．01）；学生为86．26％，农民为55．46％，个体工作者为61．08％，企事业单位工作者为86．53％（P〈0．01）；城区居民为71．65％，农村居民为61．65％（P〈0．01）。结论]费县城乡居民结核病防治核心知识知晓率较低。

Survey on the Awareness Status of Core Information on Tuberculosis Prevention Among Urban and Rural Residents,Fel County, 2011

Objective]To accurately understand the awareness status of core information on tuberculosis prevention a- mong urban and rural residents, so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening TB health education in the future. Methods]Inquiry questionnaires was carried out in some of the urban and rural residents aged over 15 years old and lived in the urban and Mazhuang Town, Zhutian Town, Xuezhuang, Town from Nov to Dec, 2011. Results]There were 2 253 el- igible people in the survey, the awareness rate of core information about tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge was respectively 79.94 %, 82.38 %, 67.55 %, 32.40 %, and 60.01 %, the total awareness rate was 64.46 %. Tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge awareness rate in males and females was respectively 65.24 % and 63.82 % （ P 〉0.05） the total awareness rate of core information in 18-29 years old group was 72.45% ,30-44 years old group was 68.20%,45- 59 years old group was 64.21%, while 60-years old group was 49.13 % （ P d0.01） ;the total awareness rate of core infor- mation with junior middle school and below education background was 58.97%, high school, secondary technical school was 79.87 % ,college degree or above was 81.56% （ P 〈0.01） ;the total awareness rate of core information in students was 86.26% ,farmers was 55.46%, individual workers was 61.08%, while workers in enterprises and institutions was 86.53 % （ P 〈0.01） ;the total awareness rate of core information in urban and rural residents was respectively 71.65 and 61.65 % （P 〈0.01）, Conclusion]The total awareness rate of core information about tuberculosis prevention and control in urban and rural residents of Fei county is generally lower.
