摘    要:目的了解河南省信阳市公务员健康状况,为探讨预防干预措施提供依据。方法以2011年度在信阳市中心医院体检中心进行健康检查的本市公务员作为研究对象,对其体检资料进行分析。结果在资料完整的3276名公务员中,总异常检出率为83.36%。异常检出率位于前4位的依次为脂肪肝(31.14%)、高脂血症(26.07%)、高血压(22.99%)和异常心电图(22.16%)。脂肪肝、高脂血症、高血压和异常心电图检出率,男性明显高出女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),并且其异常检出率在不同年龄组间随年龄增长而上升,差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。结论公务员处于亚健康或疾病状态,其健康状况不容乐观,应大力开展健康教育,改变不良行为和生活方式,并将公务员作为今后开展健康管理的重点群体。

Analysis of health examination results of civil servants in Xinyang city

Abstract:Objective To provide the basis for exploring preventive interventions through understanding the health condi- tion of civil servants in Xinyang city, Henan province. Methods Totally 3276 civil servants, which check health in Xinyang central hospital in 2011 ware chosen as research object and their medical information were analyzed. Results In the data of 3276 civil servants, the total abnormal detection rate is 83.36%, which abnormal detection rate is located in the top four in turn for fatty liver (31.14%), hyperlipidemia (26.07%), hypertension (22.99%), and abnormal electrocardiogram (22. 16% ). The detection rate of fatter liver, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and abnormal ECG for men was significantly higher than women which the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01 ) and abnormal de- tection rate in different age groups increased with increasing age, which the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Civil servants are in the sub - healthy or disease states, which their health status is not optimis-tic. Health education should carry out vigorously to change the bad behavior and lifestyle and the civil servants should take as focus groups in the future health management.
