摘    要:目的探讨检测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)在进展性脑卒中患者中的临床意义。方法采用透射免疫比浊法,分别检测302例进展组和300名非进展性脑卒中组的Hcy和hs—CRP水平。结果进展性脑卒中患者的Hcy和hs—CRP含量显著高于非进展性脑卒中患者(P〈0.01)。高Hcy和hs—CRP与高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟等动脉粥样硬化危险因素相比,相对危险度的OR值分别为4.41、5.68、3.11、2.54、2.62、1.70。结论高Hcy和hs—CRP与进展性脑卒中的发生有明显关系,高Hcy和hs—CRP作为独立的危险因素,较其他传统危险因素危险性更高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significances of the homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitive C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) in patients with progressive stroke. Methods Hcy and hs - CRP levels in the group of 302 cases with progressive stroke (PS) and the group of 300 cases with unprogressive stroke (UPS) were respectively detected by the transmission immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The levels of Hcy and hs - CRP in patients of progressive stroke were significantly higher than that in unprogressive stroke (P 〈 0. 01 ). Comparing high Hcy and and hs - CRP with high blood lipids, hypertension, diabetes and smoking which were the risk factors for progressive stroke, their OR values of rel- ative risk respectively were 4.41,5.68,3.11,2. 54,2. 62,1.70. Conclusions The relation was obvious between high Hcy and high hs - CRP and the incidence of progressive stroke. As the independent risk factors in progressive stroke, high Hcy and high hs - CRP have the higher risk than those traditional risk factors.
