| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性尖锐湿疣（condyloma acuminatum，CA）被动感染者在治疗期间内心深处的感受，以引导护士为患者提供更优质、更具人性化的护理服务。方法采用现象学研究法，深入访谈了10例女性CA被动感染者。结果采用类属分析法，经过反复自省、比较、归纳，提炼出女性CA被动感染者心理体验的3大主题：负性的心理反应；负性的生理反应；情感的变化。结论护士应深刻体会女性CA被动感染患者的心理反应和需求，及早开展个性化的心理疏导，以降低患者的负性心理、生理、情感应激水平，提高治疗信心，促进患者身心健康的恢复。
