| 摘 要： | 通过将妊娠第8天小白鼠放置于43.0～43.5℃水浴中两次,分别为9min和8min,间隔为6h。结果导致胚胎发生死亡、畸形和发育迟缓。本文对实验方法及意义进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The pregnant Swiss mice were immersed in the 43. 0-43. 5℃ waterbath for 9 minutes on the 8th day ; 6 hours later, the procedure was repeated. The control mice were immersed in 37-37. 5℃ waterbath. On 8th day of pregnancy ,the mice were killed. It was found that hyper-thermia induced death of the embryos, malformations and growth retardation , the main deformation was encephalocele. The present paper discussed the methodology and its significance. |
