| 摘 要： | 目的:提高原发性十二指肠肿瘤的诊断及治疗水平.方法:总结1999～2006年经病理证实16例原发性十二指肠肿瘤,分析其病理特征与临床表现、诊断及治疗的关系.结果:行胰十二指肠切除术8例,1例术后7个月死亡;1例术后2个月痊愈,出院后失去随访;生存3年者4例,5年者2例.肠段切除(球部、水平部肿瘤)2例,1例存活3年,1例存活2年后失访.姑息性手术者6例于术后3～11个月死亡;2例仅行探查活检,均于术后6个月内死亡.结论:早期诊断的关键是提高对本病的认识,对可疑患者,应作相应特殊检查,确诊后及时手术,方可提高疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary duodenal neoplasms.Methods:The records of 16 patients with primary neoplasms of the duodenum were confirmed by pathology during 1999-2006.The relationship between pathologic characteristics and clinical symptoms,diagnosis and therapy were reviewed.Results:Eight cases underwent pancreatodenectomy:4 cases survived 3 years,2 cases survived 5 years;2 cases underwent segmental duodenectomy,1 survived 3 years and 1 survived 2 years;6 cases underwent pall... |
