摘    要:目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与腔隙性脑梗死患者脑动脉搏动指数的相关性.方法:选取110例急性腔隙性脑梗死患者,检测血浆Hcy水平,并根据其分为高Hcy组与低Hcy组,检测两组收缩期血流速度(SFV)、舒张期血流速度(DFV)及大脑中动脉搏动指数(PI),比较两组参数的差异,并对Hcy与H进行相关性分析.结果:高Hcy组SFV、DFV和PI分别为(98.9±9.7)cm/s、(40.3 ±3.9) cm/s和(1.03±0.22),均显著高于低Hcy组的(92.7±8.8) cm/s、(42.2±3.1)cm/s和(0.89±0.14) (P <0.05);高Hcy组患者Hcy水平与PI指数之间存在显著正相关(r=0.771,P=0.000).结论:血浆高Hcy可能是引发的穿支动脉损伤并导致脑小血管性卒中的重要因素.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels and cerebral artery pulsatility index in patients with lacunar infarction. Methods: Hcy levels of 110 acute lacunar infarction cases were detected, and according to the Hcy levels the patients were divided into high Hcy group and low Hcy group; Systolic flow velocity (SFV), diastolic flow velocity (DFV) and middle cerebral artery pulsatility index (PI) were detected, and the parameters of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between Hcy and SFV, DFV, MFV, PI was analyzed. Results: SFV, DFV and PI of high Hcy group were (98.9 ± 9.7), (40.3 ± 3.9)and (1.03 ± 0.22), those of low Hcy group were (92.7 ±8.8), (42.2 ±3.1) and (0.89 ±0.14 ), high Hcy group were significantly higher than low Hcy group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; 0. 771, P = 0.000 ).
