| 摘 要： | 目的 观察消化片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 82例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组，治疗组52例，予消化片，每日5片，每日3次餐前服；对照组30例，予多潘立酮10mg，每日3次餐前服。2组均2周为1个疗程，观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率96．15％，对照组总有效率70％。2组总有效率比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论 消化片具有促进消化、促进胃肠排空、增加消化酶分泌的作用．治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaohua tablet on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 52 patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group(n=52) and control group(n=30).Patients in the treatment group were orally administrated Xiaohuo tablet before meals,five tablets everytime,three times a day.Patients in the control group were orally given Domperidone before meals,10 milligram everytime,three times a day.Two weeks was a therapeutic course in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was(96.15%) and 70% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaohua tablet has a difinite effect on FD by promoting gastrointestinal motility. |
