摘    要:为了适应素质教育的要求,根据儿科学理论性、实用性强的特点,我们在儿科学临床教学中应用以症状为主线、以问题为中心的教学方法。这是一个理论联系实际、启发式的教学相长的教学过程,具有生动形象、教学方式灵活多样的优势,有利于教学互动、教学相长和学生创新意识的培养,是一种优化教学的科学方法。

Abstract:Traditional clinic teaching is unsustainable under present day conditions of pAbstractice. There is a need for new educational methods that help the learner to build a professional identity through theory inteAbstraction with pAbstractice. To adapt innovative teaching methodologies, we perceive our roles in symptom-based leading(SBL) and problem-based medical education, and illustrate those perceptions link to the curriculum we teach. The method is a bridge of clinical courses and clinics. This method based on symptoms or clinical problems has emerged as a platform in pediatrics. In this SBL and problem-based learning (PBL) model, students learn, with teachers' facilitation, in a student-centered environment, based on self-directed, clinically relevant and case-oriented approach. Students learn via symptom-evoked curiosity and motivation, in an environment which encourages free thinking, inquiries and intensive discussions in a cooperative rather than competitive atmosphere. Teachers facilitate students' learning objectives rather than deliver pre-packed knowledge and dictate what they think students should learn. SBL and PBL changed our traditional thinking mode, from aggregation thinking to radiative thinking. It adds variety to medical students and junior doctor in teaching programmes and can be a useful tool for doctors working patterns. It benefits from bringing out the best in teachers and students.
